Al Raffah Hospital Muscat Inaugurated The 40-bed hospital will be expanded to 100 beds in the second phase Muscat-based Al Raffah Hospital, the second private sector hospital in the Sultanate of Oman, was recently inaugurated by Vayalar Ravi, Cabinet Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs. The hospital, with 40-beds in initial phase, will be expanded to 100 beds in the second phase. The overall investment will be around Omani Rial (RO) 5 million.
